Refund Policy

We are sure you’ll be delighted with your beautiful handmade card but should a problem arise our inbox is open if you have a query or dispute. Simply go to our Contact page and fill in the necessary fields and we will get back to you ASAP. 

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any sentiments and/or personalised inserts are correct without error at time of purchase and so you won't be entitled to a refund in these instances. We advise that any and all personalised messages and sentiments are thoroughly checked for misspellings and grammatical errors before submitting your order.

Furthermore, whilst we make every attempt to describe our products as accurately as we can, we are not liable for any colour discrepancies in regards to the photographs of our products and the finished, physical items and so again, refunds cannot be given in this regard. However, should you wish to enquire about a certain colour way we offer please do get in touch and we will be happy to send you a more detailed photograph of the colour way you are interested in.    

Although every care is taken to ensure your lovely cards are packaged well and safely too, should you receive a parcel that has obviously been broken in transit please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photographs of the damaged item.  If you get in touch after the 24 hours have passed the card will be deemed as being damaged after arrival and a refund will not be honoured in this case unless the buyer can prove the damage was caused through a mistake made in our own processes eg. blemished cardstock. 

Should a return be accepted by us a refund will be issued to you once we have received the order back to us. We ask kindly that the order is sent back in the state that it arrived to you and where possible to be repackaged into the boxes we provide as these are rather sturdy and give good protection as the goods go through the delivery network.  You are responsible for return postage costs. 

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed by your bank.
