What are your opening hours?
Although our working hours do differ day on day we are often available to contact if you have a query or question! If you'd like to get in touch, please head to the contact us page where you will find all the ways to get in touch.
Do I need an account to order cards through your website?
No you don’t need an account to enjoy all of what we have to offer! You can purchase as a guest through our Stripe payment gateway.
What size of cards do you sell?
Most of our cards are either 8x8 inches or 6x6 inches in size. You can find dimensions for all of my cards in their individual product descriptions!
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery all depends on which beautiful card(s) you purchase but most of them are delivered via Royal Mail 48Hr Tracked. Delivery is estimated at checkout!
Printed inserts or sentiments, what’s the difference?
Sentiments are short little lines to add to the front of the card and these can be personalised with recipient name, ages, occasions and dates (where applicable) eg. Happy 18th Birthday Lisa!
Printed inserts include the longer message you would traditionally write inside the card. These are printed on pearlescent paper before being attached inside.
Sentiments and printed inserts are complimentary.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made through the Stripe or PayPal gateways for credit or debit cards.
When will I receive my order?
You will find the dispatch estimates in each product description and this is the time it takes for us to make your handmade card and organise delivery. Once your order has been collected, please allow the shipping time stated at checkout. Our dispatch estimates and shipping times exclude Sundays and any Bank Holidays, as Royal Mail do not work on these days.
I have left ordering too late and your dispatch estimates are too long, can you help?
We can certainly try! We ordinarily work on a first come first serve basis in regards to orders, but if you urgently need a greetings card then please get in touch with us first and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we have previously not agreed to fulfil at short notice.
