Shipping & Delivery Information

Currently Charlie’s Cards 4 U only sells to those in the UK and Northern Ireland. Shipping costs and information for UK delivery can be found below.

Due to the fact that my greetings cards range in sizes, shapes and weights, shipping is calculated upon checkout but here you’ll find estimations of prices and the different delivery methods on offer.

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked £3.95-5.80 ( Fully Tracked Service with 48hr delivery aim)

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm £6.80-8.50 (a tracked next day delivery service by 1pm - not guaranteed for Saturday delivery)

Please bear in mind that as all of my lovely cards are handmade to order, they can take between 5-7 days to be dispatched and then delivery timings are added on top of this. Opting for one of the faster delivery options does not change dispatch estimation timings, only the delivery method.

Delivery aims are based on Royal mail’s own estimated delivery times - they aren’t guaranteed.

Delays

Sadly, not all deliveries go to plan and there can be delays that occur outside of our control. Whilst we can control how quickly an item is made and given over to the courier, we can’t control the time it takes for the delivery partners to deliver your item - this means that we not responsible for late or missed deadlines after dispatch. Royal Mail do not class a parcel as being lost in their network until 10 working days have passed. If you believe that this has happened to your order, please do get in touch via our contact us page and we will be happy to advise as best we can.

Time to ship

Every design and style of our greeting cards are handmade specially for you! From our money wallets to our gorgeous greetings cards and 3D works of art! Nothing we sell is pre made and so it’s important to note the timescales on each product to get an idea of when your order will dispatch. For example a beautiful boxed birthday card that you order today via first class shipping won’t arrive to you tomorrow, because your beautiful card has to be made first. With this in mind we advise to order in advance to avoid disappointment!
